A soldier from Siwan district in Bihar, who was a part of the Agniveer, sadly passed away from gunshot injuries in a puzzling situation while stationed in the Akhnoor area of Jammu and Kashmir. The soldier’s name was Pradeep Kumar Yadav, and he came from Don village in Darauli, Siwan district.

On December 13, in the early hours of the day, Yadav was found seriously injured by his fellow soldiers. Despite getting immediate medical help, he couldn’t be saved and was declared dead at the hospital. What made this news even more shocking was that earlier in the day, Yadav had talked to his family. His elder brother remembered their last conversation and how the family was struggling to deal with this unexpected loss.

The army has launched a thorough investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding Yadav’s untimely and mysterious death.
