The Indian Army has officially released the TES 55 SSB Interview Dates for candidates shortlisted under the Technical Entry Scheme (TES) 55 Course. Aspirants who have cleared the initial shortlisting stage can now select their SSB interview dates online, with the date selection window remaining open from 10 December 2025 to 23 December 2025 (3:00 PM).

Shortlisted candidates will receive their TES 55 SSB call letters through registered email IDs and SMS, containing details related to the selection centre and reporting instructions.
TES 55 SSB Interview Schedule & Centres
The TES 55 SSB Interviews will be conducted at four major Selection Centres across India:
- Selection Centre East – Prayagraj (Allahabad)
- Selection Centre North – Jalandhar
- Selection Centre Central – Bhopal
- Selection Centre South – Bengaluru
Candidates can log in to the official Indian Army recruitment website and select their preferred SSB interview date based on availability. Date allotment is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
TES 55 Eligibility & Shortlisting Criteria
As per the shortlisting trends observed during TES 54, candidates with:
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)
- CRL rank up to approximately 1,75,000
were shortlisted for the SSB interview. Only unmarried male candidates who have passed 10+2 with PCM subjects and meet the prescribed eligibility conditions are considered for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Indian Army through TES.
TES 55 Selection Procedure Explained
The TES 55 selection process involves multiple stages:
- Application Shortlisting
Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) shortlists candidates based on cutoff percentages. - Selection Centre Allotment
Centres are allotted online; no change requests are entertained. - SSB Interview (5 Days)

- Interviewing Officer (IO)
- Two-Stage Screening
- Stage I: Screening Test
- Stage II: Psychological Tests, GTO Tasks, Interview
