Maj Gen Rohin Bawa Assumes Command of Red Horns Division

Major General Rohin Bawa, YSM, has assumed the responsibility of the distinguished Indian Army Red Horns Division, or 21 Mountain Division,  at Rangia in Assam. On assuming command of the formation, Maj Gen Bawa inspired all ranks to stand firm towards achieving peak combat operational preparedness and efficiency as they would be expected at a critical time in securing our northeastern borders shortly.

Maj Gen Rohin Bawa Assumes Command of Red Horns Division

The Red Horns Division was raised under the IV Corps, or Gajraj Corps, to help sustain the security of sensitive borders in the country. Maj Gen Bawa would further enhance the already developed capabilities of the Division toward the greater mission in the Army as a defense preparedness. His emphasis on continuous training, discipline, and standards of operational excellence underpin the Division’s preparedness to meet peculiar security challenges in the northeast region.
