The fifth edition of VINBAX 2024, the bilateral military exercise between India and Vietnam, concluded today with a ceremonial closing event held at Kaushalya Dam, Pinjore. The exercise was hosted at Ambala and reaffirmed the deepening defense cooperation and strategic partnership between the two nations.

Exercise RAAHAT was the star attraction of the closing ceremony, with a multi-agency Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise. The exercise was highly inclusive of comprehensive, coordinated efforts across elements of the Indian Armed Forces and civil administration, with the aim of ‘India global disaster management competence’ and its commitment to humanitarian causes worldwide.
